The Flexible and Custom Tool for Your Business

Aigent’s algorithms are controlled through a scenario editor.  This means a fully customized set of alerts and information prompts, based on your business case scenarios. You can customize Aigent yourself, or we will customize the product for you.

This is the Scenario Editor for a Timer user case: If agents spend more than the recommended time on a call, they get a pop-up reminder that they should wrap it up. Fields such as call length and message are fully editable.

Also, you can preview the messages you would like to send to agents after creation or editing, with the ‘preview message’ functionality:
