Aigent’s algorithms are controlled through a scenario editor. This means a fully customized set of alerts and information prompts, based on your business case scenarios. You can customize Aigent yourself, or we will customize the product for you.
This is the Scenario Editor for a Timer user case: If agents spend more than the recommended time on a call, they get a pop-up reminder that they should wrap it up. Fields such as call length and message are fully editable.

Live Call Listening occurs through a Proprietary Speech Model and Pattern Matching Algorithms calibrated to your own business cases. This way, you get the most out of Machine Leaning Technology. The Speech Model is available in English and has been trained on many accents.
